Vegalene® Processing Agent is a high-performance release and coating oil designed to provide anti-stick benefits to food production applications. It is suitable for use in the production of dehydrates, eggs, confectionery, pretzels, waffles, pancakes, pet foods, and prepared foods, ensuring products cleanly release from application surfaces.
Vegalene® Processing Agent is an oil-based, allergen-free release agent formulated with a blend of canola oil, soy lecithin, and coconut oil. Specially formulated with a high smoke point and anti-stick properties, this release oil is suitable for use in food manufacturing processes using conveyors, screens, or solid or perforated bands where mineral oil is not recommended. It provides a resilient coating on surfaces, preventing the adhesion of products commonly seen during production and ensuring excellent efficiency and quality.
