Overview
CHEMITYLEN UA-20 is a specialized sizing agent formulated as a polyurethane emulsion that offers excellent flexiility and "easy-to-chop tow". It can be used in combination with CHEMITYLEN EP-10 to facilitate the sizing agent properties. With a composition of 40% polyurethane resin, CHEMITYLEN UA-20 effectively impregnates carbon fibers and draw out the strength and resistance of the materials. Upon curing, the resulting CFRP is lightweight, durable, and resistant to swelling, rusting, heat, and deformation. CHEMITYLEN UA-20 should be used in the production of carbon fibers used in various industries, including automobiles, aircrafts, energy and more.
