CHEMITYLEN UA-20 is a specialized sizing agent formulated as a polyurethane emulsion that offers excellent flexiility and "easy-to-chop tow". It can be used in combination with CHEMITYLEN EP-10 to facilitate the sizing agent properties. With a composition of 40% polyurethane resin, CHEMITYLEN UA-20 effectively impregnates carbon fibers and draw out the strength and resistance of the materials. Upon curing, the resulting CFRP is lightweight, durable, and resistant to swelling, rusting, heat, and deformation.
