PELECTRON PVL is a polyether-polyolefin block copolymer that serves as a polymer-alloy type anti-static agent for polyolefin, including polyethylene, polypropylene, and high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), with long-term effectiveness even after contact with water. Its low surface resistivity of 3x10⁶ Ω helps to prevent problems commonly experienced in the production of polyolefin products, such as the accumulation of dust, dirt, and electrostatic faults and shock. It also ensures no degradation of the physical properties or moldability of polyolefins, ensuring optimal performance in the production of electric appliances, floor materials, electronic parts, automobile interiors, and more. This pellet-form material is easily dispersed in base resins, allowing it to be dry-blended and directly molded via extrusion or injection molding without the need for a kneading process.
