Valirex® Ce 10 Neo D60 is a cerium-based carboxylate liquid drying agent containing 10% cerium metal in a D60 white spirit solvent base. This 2-EHA-free Neodecanoate drier contains specialty paint drier technology recommended for use in coating applications. It is capable of promoting the drying and hardening of paint film upon oxidation.
