EMAC® SP2205 is a versatile block copolymer containing 20% ethylene methyl acrylate for enhanced processability in various products. With a melting point of 84°C and a brittleness temperature of less than −73°C, this specialty polymer offers excellent stability and reliability in high-temperature and freezing-temperature applications, including flexible packaging, heat seal layers, IV containers and tubing, flexible films, and blown and cast films. It also imparts a Shore D hardness of 40 for optimal rigidity and toughness and exhibits good flexibility and performance at low temperatures.
