EPOLENE^® Coating Polymers are highly branched, medium molecular weight polyethylene waxes. They are commonly used in plastic and elastomer compounding as dispersion agents and processing aids. EPOLENE^® Coating Polymers can be added to color and additive masterbatch to improve the dispersion of pigments or additives to improve yield and reduce cost. EPOLENE^® Coating Polymers are also excellent film forming resins for hot melt paper coatings. When used in paper coating applications EPOLENE^® Coating Polymers improve moisture resistance and provide outstanding gloss.
