DURAZONE™ 37 is a non-staining antiozonant that offers superior static and dynamic ozone protection as well as excellent antioxidant protection. DURAZONE™ 37 disperses easily and is Ideal for use in rubber compounding.

Melting Point: 63-73 °C
Soluble: Most organic solvents
Insoluble: Water
Primary Chemistry:
2,4,6-Tris-(N-1,4-dimethylpentyl-p-phenylenediamino)-1,3,5-triazine
Low static or dynamic protection from ozonation in rubbers and elastomers
Cracking and degradation of rubbers and elastomeric polymer caused by oxygen or ozone
Staining or migration issues with the use of traditional anti-ozonation additives
As a rubber compounding ingredient, it is dosed at 2 to 4 parts per 100 parts RHC
