BONDING AGENT P-1 WET is an adhesion promoter that works by reacting isocyanate with water soluble epoxide to form a resinous coating on predip polyester tire and industrial cord. The resinous coating is now an active surface that resorcinol formaldehyde latex adhesives or chloroprene latex adhesives can bond to.
