LOWINOX™ TBM-6
LOWINOX™ TBM-6 is a versatile Phenolic antioxidant stabilizer that is especially well suited for wire and cable applications, providing thermal stability during processing and end-use.
LOWINOX™ TBM-6 is a versatile hindered thiophenol antioxidant additive that is especially well suited for medium, high, and extra high voltage wire and cable applications. It also synergizes well with carbon black, acts as an anti-skinning agent in hot melt adhesives, provides heat stability in lubricants, and has anti-scorching protection for polyurethanes during condensation of TDI on polyesters. LOWINOX™ TBM-6 has excellent compatibility with peroxides and is highly resistant to thermo-oxidative degradation and washout. Additionally, this phenolic antioxidant supports polymerization and act as a processing stabilizer in polypropylene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polyvinyl chloride, polybutadienes, and EPDM.
