Featured Stoner TraSys^® Mold Release Agent

TraSys^® RotoFlow™ mold release spray is engineered for polyolefin and nylon resin molded materials. This mold release agent enhances the resin flow for easy part removal by filling voids around any inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities. Stoner TraSys^® RotoFlow™ can help reduce the scrap and waste of inefficient molding processes by up to 40%. As an effective mold release coating, mold manufacturers utilizing difficult and intricate molded parts can avoid pinholes, bridging, thinning, and breakages during the release process. Furthermore, a mold release spray is an easy-to-use aerosol formula in rotational molding applications.

Why Choose Stoner TraSys^® RotoFlow™

• Creates consistency and improves the overall quality of rotomolded parts
• Avoids costly production defects from pinholes, voids, and blowouts
• Strengthens inserts
• Completely free from chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) or hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC) propellants
• Contains no chlorinated solvents

Featured Stoner TraSys^® Mold Release Agent

Stoner TraSys^® 428 mold release agent is a water-based dispersion coating for hot mold applications. This release agent is nonstaining, chemically inert, and can operate at extreme temperatures for specialty elastomers, silicone, and rubber molded parts.  TraSys^® 428  won't interfere with postoperation finishes, such as appearance, compared to competitive oil-based release agents.

Why Choose Stoner TraSys^® 428

• Improves rubber, silicone, and elastomer molding productivity
• Saves time and money by reducing defects and enhancing mold surface appearance
• Ideal for compression, transfer, and injection molding applications
• Highly effective in extreme temperature environments
