Tyzor™ Aqueous Chelates are water based zirconium and titanium based catalysts. These organic titanates and organic zirconates are stable in aqueous systems and work well to cross-link hydroxyl functional polymers in water borne paints, coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Tyzor^® Aqueous Chelates can be used as catalysts for esterification, condensation, and addition reactions. It is also commonly used as a cross-linker for dispersions of guar for oil well fracturing fluids.
