It also provides excellent sealing capabilities, resisting damage and leaks from fluids, gases, moisture, and other harmful contaminants. Its fast curing time at room temperature allows it to form a resilient, rubber-like elastomer within a short period, reducing assembly time and increasing productivity. In applications where superior heat resistance is required, LOCTITE® SI 5900™ can withstand temperatures ranging from -75°F to 450°F (-60°C to 232°C).
