Microthene® FN 519-00 is a 20-micron low-density polyethylene (LDPE) powder with a melt index of 5, engineered for grease formulations requiring enhanced thickening, dispersion, and flow performance.
Microthene® FN 519-00 is a 20-micron, ultrafine spherical polyethylene powder mostly used as an additive in a broad range of specialty applications. FN 519-00 is a flow-enhanced version of FN 510-00. It has a small amount of fumed silica to reduce bridging and clumping. This grade offers the benefits of polyolefin resins in a microfine spherical particle form, making it ideal for aqueous system dispersion, viscosity modification, and uniform pigment distribution. Microthene® FN 519-00 is widely used in plastics, coatings, adhesives, ceramics, and composites.
