Overview
Glysolve™ O&G 70% is a glycolic acid solution, formulated at 70% concentration by PureTech Scientific specifically to meet the requirements of the oil and gas and energy services sectors.
Glycolic acid is the smallest of the alpha-hydroxy acids, combining efficacy, efficiency, and superior environmental profile into one product. Glycolic acid can be a direct replacement for acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, and other strong acids, including hydrochloric (muriatic), hydrofluoric, and phosphoric acids.
Glycolic acid is naturally found in small amounts in sugarcane, beets, grapes, and various fruits. PureTech Scientific produces their glycolic acid using a sustainable manufacturing process in Belle, WV.
