Overview
Stoner TraSys® 414 is a translucent water-based dispersion mold release coating that imparts clean and nonstaining release properties. This solvent-free coating offers rotational molders an unmatched combination of lubricity and durability without incorporating silicone oils. As an ideal mold release solution for heavy-duty applications, TraSys® 414 helps with parting lines, removable pins and inserts, and complex molds with negative spaces. Furthermore, this mold release coating contains no alcohols that could form flammable vapors. TraSys® 414 meets existing and anticipated environmental regulations as a solvent-free and low coefficient of friction mold release coating. .
