Westlake's EBAC^® copolymers are ethylene butyl acrylate resins that improve physical properties and performance in film blowing and casting, extrusion coating, and tie layer applications. All EBAC^® copolymer grades provide excellent adhesion and compatibility with other polymers and good flexibility at low temperatures. They are generally soft and flexible and do not contain plasticizers. In addition, they are noncorrosive. EBAC^® may also be used as an impact modifier for PET, increasing the durability of molded parts.
