CELOGEN® 780 is a chemical blowing agent with a very low decomposition temperature that does not require the addition of an activator. It is designed for use with silicone gums.
CelChem CELOGEN® 780 is a chemical blowing agent comprising activated azodicarbonamide with a very low decomposition temperature designed for compression-molded and extruded silicone gums. As a chemical foaming agent, this grade contains a very effective activation system, so adding strong activators, such as zinc oxide, zinc stearate, or ACTICELL® U, is unnecessary unless lowering the decomposition temperature is desired.
