Krytox™ 1506 is a highly engineered PFPE-based oil for use as a vacuum pump lubricant where traditional hydrocarbon solutions may cause safety, waste disposal, or maintenance concerns. Krytox™ 1506 delivers exceptional performance with nonflammable and nonreactive chemistry for chemical and oxygen service applications.
Krytox™ 1506 is NSF H1 food-grade certified for use in sensitive processing operations as a VPF oil. Krytox™ 1506 Oil has a viscosity of 15.5 cSt at 50°C and is distilled for a lower-temperature operating range.
