Viton™ GAL-200S is a fluoroelastomer gum with 66% fluorine content. It is excellent for lubricating oils and automotive applications when high resistance is required.
Viton™ GAL-200S is a fluoroelastomer gum that is manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology.
Viton™ GAL-200S has 66% fluorine content and is composed of hexafluoropropylene (HFP), vinylidene fluoride (VF₂) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) with a peroxide cure site.
Viton™ GAL-200S offers excellent resistance to automotive lubricating oils and aqueous fluids. It also provides improved performance in low-temperature applications compared to bisphenol-cured copolymers. Viton™ GAL-200S can be injection, transfer, or compression molded.
