Overview
Viton™ GFLT-200S is a fluoroelastomer gum that is manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology. Viton™ GFLT-200S has 67% fluorine content and is composed of perfluoro-methyl vinyl ether (PMVE) vinylidene fluoride (VF₂) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). It is peroxide-cured and is featured with optimized molecular weight distribution.
Viton™ GFLT-200S offers excellent low-temperature flexibility and fluid resistance, which makes it suitable for use in fuel systems. Viton™ GFLT-200S is ideal for the molding of parts that requires strength to oxygenates and can be blended with Viton™ GFLT-600S for an intermediate viscosity.
