Viton™ GFLT-200S is a low-viscosity, peroxide-curable fluoroelastomer gum with 67% fluorine content. It offers an excellent combination of low-temperature flexibility and resistance to fluids and oils.
Viton™ GFLT-200S is a fluoroelastomer gum manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology. Viton™ GFLT-200S has 67% fluorine content and is composed of perfluoro-methyl vinyl ether (PMVE), vinylidene fluoride (VF2), and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). It is peroxide cured and features optimized molecular weight distribution.
Viton™ GFLT-200S offers excellent low-temperature flexibility and fluid resistance, making it suitable for use in fuel systems. Viton™ GFLT-200S is ideal for molding parts that require strength to oxygenate and can be blended with Viton™ GFLT-600S for an intermediate viscosity.
