Hydroxypivalyl Hydroxypivalate, Free-Flowing Nuggets used for manufacturing polyester resins.
Eastman™ HPHP is a difunctional ester-glycol in solid nugget form primarily for manufacturing polyester resins for coil, powder, and automotive coatings. HPHP helps impart flexibility to finished coatings while not sacrificing weathering performance.
HPHP also helps enhance coating film appearance due to improved flow & leveling performance during cure stages. HPHP provides similar properties to NPG and can act as a modifier to enhance coating film properties.
