Maleic resins from Grupo RB are manufactured via the chemical modification of gum rosins with maleic anhydride and esterified with polyol resins. The resulting products are faster-drying and more durable resins resistant to yellowing and heating. They facilitate excellent adhesion in wood coatings, polyesters, synthetic enamels, nitrocellulose-based paints, and more.
