Overview
BONDERITE® C-AK 6849 Aero is a clear aqueous alkaline degreaser from Henkel formulated to remove various unwanted substances from ferrous and non-ferrous alloy surfaces while remaining non-corrosive to aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel, plated metals, titanium, and magnesium alloys. BONDERITE® C-AK 3878 LF-NC is recommended as an adequate replacement for solvent-type vapor degreasing fluids and contains no chromate or chlorine. This cleaning fluid effectively prepares surfaces at reduced costs, removing any traces of unwanted greases, shop soils, lube oils, and marking inks. As it is formulated without any chlorine or chromate, BONDERITE® C-AK 6849 Aero also provides a non-hazardous alternative to chlorinated solvent cleaning.
Henkel offers additives for BONDERITE® C-AK 6849 Aero to improve the cleaning power for even the most difficult oily soils.
