Thetawet™ FS-8000

Thetawet™ FS-8000 is a 100% actives, non-ionic fluorosurfactant designed with short-chain fluorochemical technology. Providing exceptional surface tension reduction, Thetawet™ FS-8000 is a low melting, waxy solid that can be incorporated into nonaqueous, water sensitive, or solvent reducible applications at low end use concentrations (10-100 ppm). It helps to enable superior wetting and leveling on low energy substrates, such as plastics, metals, oily substrates, waxy surfaces, and silicone and fluoropolymer-treated fabrics. Once applied, Thetawet™ FS-8000 helps to reduce surface defects, improves gloss, and imparts good antiblocking performance, soil resistance, and weathering resistance. It is ideal for coatings, adhesives, degreasers, cleaners, inks, paints, and more. Thetawet™ FS-8000 is compatible with all surfactant types and maintains stability across extreme pH conditions and in the presence of concentrated acids, based, oxidizing solutions, and hard or soft water.
