jER™ 4250 is a solid hybrid epoxy resin made from a 50:50 mixture of bisphenol A-type with bisphenol F-type epoxy. It can create toughness and film/sheet formability upon the addition of a polymer epoxy resin. It also contributes insulating and vapor barrier properties; resistance to heat, water, and chemicals; and excellent wear and abrasion resistance when used in a variety of applications, including PCM and CAN coatings, paints and coatings, thermoplastics, printed electronics, plastic processing, and CFRPs.
