jER™ 4250 is a solid epoxy resin from Bisphenol A/Bisphenol F with a high molecular weight and softening points that can be used for PCM, CAN, etc. coatings and adhesives as it contributes excellent insulation and heat, chemical and water resistance.
jER™ 4250 is a solid hybrid epoxy resin made from a 50:50 mixture of Bisphenol A with Bisphenol F type epoxy. It is capable of creating toughness and film/sheet formability upon addition of a polymer epoxy resin. It also contributes insulating and vapor bharrier properties, resistance to heat, water and chemicals and excellent wear and abrasion resistance when used in a variety of applications including PCM and CAN coatings, paints and coatings, thermoplastics, printed electonics, plastic processing and CFRPs.
