Overview
Armolube® EM 202 is a biodegradable and ashless emulsifying agent that provides alkalinity to formulations, as well as friction modification and lubrication benefits. It is designed for use in metalworking fluid and industrial lubricant formulations and promotes stable oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions with good hard-water tolerance and stability in acid and alkali systems. This tertiary amine ethoxylate additive is based on primary coco amine and primarily functions as a weakly cationic co-emulsifier and wetting agent. In addition to emulsification and wetting, Armolube® EM 202 provides a wide range of other functional benefits, including detergency, lubricity, anti-wear, dispersancy, and corrosion inhibition.
