Overview
FACT1® is a water miscible solvent based on ethoxylated furfuryl alcohol. It has a boiling point of 170°C (338°F) and is commonly used in alkaline cleaning products that require high temperature stability. Fact1® provides intermediate solvency to furfuryl alcohol and tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol and can be used in the presence of strong bases common to cleaning products.
