EXCEBIOL MR-260 is a polyalkylene glycol (PAG)-based lubricant base oil designed for high-performance industrial applications. Upon use, it provides lubricants with enhanced lubrication properties, with a lubricity of 0.116 µ, which when combined with extreme pressure additives, helps to facilitate the movement of machine parts, reducing damage and wear. This biodegradable base oil is recommended for use in various applications, including the lubrication of marine energy and power source equipment, screws, and agricultural and construction machinery, in addition to as a mold release agent in the molding and processing field. It also exhibits excellent water solubility, allowing for easy, homogenous mixing with water without risk of separation over time. This water solubility ensures no concern of environmental pollution, making it the preferred choice over conventional base oils such as PAO, mineral oil, or synthetic ester.
