ROYALTUF™ 485 is a maleic anhydride–grafted EPDM impact modifier for polyamides. It imparts "super tough" properties when used at a 20% load rate. As a result of having a semicrystalline backbone, ROYALTUF™ 485 improves impact resistance when used at temperatures as low as −30°C.
