Overview
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-01 is an ultra-thin hydrophobic nanocoating with 0.1% solids content for minimal material buildup. It creates an advanced moisture barrier on coated parts for electronic components and printed circuit boards, protecting equipment from water, oil, and other liquid organic materials due to its hydrophobic and oleophobic tendencies.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-01 can be easily applied using brush, spray, flow coat, or dip applications and dries quickly within 5 minutes without a secondary curing stage. Aculon® NanoProof® 3-01 is compatible with a wide range of metals, polymers, and semiconductor materials, such as PET, PPS, Polystyrene, ABS, aluminum, stainless steel, glass, and more.
