Overview
BONDERITE® S-AD 55 (previously known as RODINE 55) is a powdered inhibitor used in traditional sulfuric acid pickling baths for metal manufacturing and surface preparation. The acid inhibitor contains an extremely effective wetting agent for consistent foam formation, also called blanketing, that minimizes misting and fuming concerns. BONDERITE® S-AD 55 can be used effectively for a range of ferrous, low- and high-carbon steels and steel alloys at room temperature to 190°F.
