RYOTO™ SUGAR ESTER is a line of sucrose fatty acid esters manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Group. These nonionic surfactants consist of a hydrophilic sucrose group and a lipophilic fatty acid group. Due to the eight hydroxyl groups of sucrose, compounds ranging from sucrose mono to octa fatty acid esters can be produced with various HLB values.
