SPUR + 3.0 is a polyurethane pressure sensitive adhesive designed for high performance tape and label applications. It offers best in class resistance to chemicals and solvents used in automotive, medical and industrial applications including gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, hydraulic fluid, xylene, and DMSO. SPUR+ PSA 3.0 can easily be processed with traditional PSA coating equipment and cured on thermally sensitive substrates. It provides excellent adhesion to low energy surfaces like polyolefins, PVC, and PMMA. SPUR+ PSA 3.0 can be used for adhesion immediately after cure or it can be covered with a silicone release liner and adhered to the intended substrate at a later time. SPUR+ PSA 3.0 maintains performance at temperatures up to 356 °F and offers an excellent balance of peel and tack needed for aerospace, automotive, and medical applications.
