Overview
Advawax®280 RH is an EBS additive that provides lubrication, dispersion, and thermal stability for various industrial manufacturing operations. Due to its acid value and low volatility, Advawax®280 RH improves polymer flow, decreases friction, and enhances overall performance and appearance of the end product.
Features & Benefits
- Protects against high oxidation exposure due to its enhanced compatibility with polar systems
- Reduces processing torque and improves material flow due to lubricating properties
- Facilitates uniform dispersion and distribution of fillers, pigments, and additives
- Maintains thermal stability under high-temperature conditions
- Low-volatility properties to ensure minimal loss during extrusion or molding
- FDA 21 CFR approved
Problems Solved
Poor lubrication due to high friction during extrusion or molding, creating excessive wear, high torque, or poor flow properties
Uneven distribution of pigments, fillers, or other additives that create poor product consistency, color streaking, or weak mechanical properties
Lack of or poor mold release, causing surface defects for rubber or elastomer production
Poor slip, abrasion resistance, or surface defects for coatings or printing inks
