Overview
ZELEC® neutralized alcohol phosphates are excellent internal mold release agents and effective antistatic agents for textiles, plastics, and films.
The lower acidity of ZELEC® AN reduces the corrosion of metal dies in closed molded thermoset applications. This phosphate ester is an excellent antistatic agent and can also be used as an antifogging agent in lenses and glassing. ZELEC® AN is an amine-neutralized version of ZELEC® UN, used as a release agent for various thermoset resins.
