Born2Bond™ RA-41 is a medium-strength retaining adhesive designed for bonding all types of cylindrical assemblies. It offers excellent adhesion, filling bonds up to 0.1 mm and providing resistance to various forces, including vibrations, shock, and chemical substances, to prevent loosening and leakage of assemblies.
Born2Bond™ RA-41 is a versatile retaining adhesive that provides medium-strength bonding and sealing for serviceable cylindrical assemblies. It is a cost-effective, adaptable replacement or addition to mechanical retaining processes. The anaerobic adhesive formulation offers excellent strength and durability, filling gaps between mechanical parts up to 0.1 mm to prevent movement or rotation.
Born2Bond™ RA-41 exhibits exceptional gap-filling properties ensure uniform distribution of stress and resist loosening and leakage commonly caused by vibrations and shock during operation. It also provides outstanding resistance, sealing all metal joints with 100% surface-to-surface contact to prevent movement and rotational forces and eliminate the risk of fretting corrosion and damage that may weaken assemblies. Born2Bond™ RA-41 provides resistance for temperatures ranging from −55°C to 150°C.
