Overview
Born2Bond™ PA-42 is a high-performance pipe sealer designed to provide reliable bonding for all types of threaded metal pipes and fittings. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates commonly used in pipes, including metals, plastics, and composites. Its efficient curing makes it a cost-effective alternative to conventional sealants, such as hemp or PTFE tapes, reducing the need for additional inventory and reducing assembly times.
The anaerobic formulation of Born2Bond™ PA-42 exhibits high chemical resistance and can withstand elevated temperatures up to 150°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. Born2Bond™ PA-42 is recommended for various applications, including the sealing of engines, powertrains, pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, metal pipes, fittings, and threaded couplings.
