Overview
Born2Bond™ RA-60 is a high-viscosity adhesive paste that acts as a powerful bonding solution. It is specifically designed for cylindrical component applications. Its exceptional adhesive strength provides a secure and durable connection with 100% surface-to-surface contact between components such as shafts, metal joints, gears, bearings, and more.
This filled anaerobic retainer is effective even on irregular or uneven surfaces, enabling repairs on worn-out parts. Born2Bond™ RA-60 exhibits uniform stress distribution and excellent resistance to various demanding conditions, including vibration, shock, and chemical substances, to prevent loosening, leakage, and fretting corrosion in assemblies. It also provides excellent performance in extreme thermal environments, withstanding temperatures ranging from −55°C to 150°C.
