As a highly porous activated carbon in a granular form with a hardness of over 99%, this adsorbent produced by Donau Carbon provides optimal flow and contact efficiency during filtration processes while offering excellent abrasion resistance. Alcarbon® IC 50/6x12 G features a highly porous internal structure with rapid adsorption for special filter applications, like air pollution control, water treatment, and protective filter applications. It is also an important material for gold recovery operations, used in carbon-in-pulp (CIP) and carbon-in-leach (CIL) methods to improve gold recovery rates and reduce waste.
