RHOPLEX™ N-495 is an acrylic emulsion designed as an adhesive compounding base for various adhesive formulations. It features high wet-grab strength.
RHOPLEX™ N-495 is an acrylic emulsion intended to be used as a compounding base for pressure-sensitive adhesives and other types of adhesive formulations. It has been formulated with minimal variations in viscosity while subjected to high shear conditions typically encountered during coating processes, enabling uniform adhesive deposition. RHOPLEX™ N-495 also exhibits high wet-grab strength, which indicates that it withstands short-term tensile and shear forces that can lead to delamination in the early stages of bonding. This adhesive base is compatible with high levels of inorganic fillers and has good water and alkali resistance.
