ROBOND™ PS-7440 is an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive typically used in the manufacture of paper labels that provide good coatability on a variety of release liners and excellent adhesion to various surfaces, such as polyolefins, PET, corrugated paperboard, and glass. It is supplied ready to use for coating without prior dilutions or modifications needed. The ROBOND™ PS-7440 adhesive formulation is based on an acrylic emulsion designed to provide high clarity and resistance to UV and chemicals. It may be coated onto label stock using reverse roll and slot die coating methods and exhibits excellent flow and leveling properties. Label stock coated with ROBOND™ PS-7440 facilitates high-speed die cutting and stripping and excellent laser printability.
