DOWFROST™ pH Booster is a specialty inhibitor designed to adjust pH levels in glycol–water heat transfer fluid systems.
DOWFROST™ pH Booster is intended to be added to a water–glycol system when the inhibitors in heat transfer fluids become depleted or too low. An improperly inhibited glycol/water-based heat transfer fluid can lead to inefficient cooling or heating in both open- and closed-loop systems.
To ensure proper protection for your system and maintain balance of the inhibitor package, Dow offers free sample test kits to test inhibitor levels.
