Tenox™ 20A food-grade antioxidant is 20% tertiary-butylhydroquinone and 3% citric acid in a medium of corn oil, propylene glycol, and glycerides.
Tenox™ TBHQ and solutions have excellent solubility in fats and oils and carry through effectiveness in frying applications. Tenox™ 20A stabilizes various fats, oils, food, and cosmetics against oxidative deterioration, thus extending product shelf life.
