Overview
HYDROHERE EP 100 is an innovative gum rosin ester engineered to provide superior thermal stability, high oxidation resistance, and wide polymer compatibility. It is obtained via a catalytic hydrogenation process and then modified with pentaerythritol. It can be used with elastomeric polymers, plastic polymers, and natural and synthetic rubbers, such as EVA, SBS, SIS, and PIB. HYDROHERE EP 100 is widely recommended for use in hot-melt adhesive applications, as well as pressure-sensitive adhesives and depilatory waxes. It may also be used as a tackifier for SBR and EVA resins.
