Overview
Bonderite® L-FG 153 Acheson (formally known as Deltaglaze 153) is designed for use when hot forging titanium at extremely high temperatures (1600°F-1800°F) and provides protection from gaseous contamination while heating.

Applications
May be used as is or diluted with water at a ratio of 5:1 (product: water). Spraying is recommended for even, consistent coatings, although good results can be obtained by dipping. Prior to application, the billets should be thoroughly cleaned and preheated to 150°F-200°F (65°C-93°C).
