BONDERITE^® L-GP M 208 ACHESON (also known as MOLYDAG 208) is an oil-based, high-solids molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) additive specially formulated to provide a simple and economical means of fortifying greases and heavy oils with MoS2. Its fine particle size and distribution permit even and effective coverage at lower solids content than MoS2 powder. This characteristic extends the finished lubricants’ range of use in industrial applications that desire the benefits of solid film lubrication but cannot tolerate coarse, solid additives. Additionally, the use of MoS2 in such a fine and stable dispersion helps reduce wear and friction, significantly prolonging machinery lifespan and reducing maintenance costs in the long term. BONDERITE^® L-GP M 208 ACHESON can be blended seamlessly into most petroleum oils and lubricating greases.
