Overview
BONDERITE® L-FG F-50 ACHESON is a water-based, graphite die lubricant engineered for spray or flood operations in forging processes. Its proprietary combination of graphite particle size and specialized binder provides excellent lubricity and release while allowing for faster wetting, longer die life, and higher dilution ratios. The lubricant has superior dispersion stability to prevent settling and deliver consistent performance. BONDERITE® L-FG F-50 ACHESON is formulated for use on difficult press work and highly automated processes, including hot, warm, and precision forging. It will provide effective, economical lubrication and release for forgings with a variety of geometries.

Problems Solved
