Overview
BONDERITE® S-OT 40 ACHESON (previously known as P3 TIRE LUBE 40) is an odorless, water-based lubricant designed for manual and automatic tire mounting processes. BONDERITE® S-OT 40 ACHESON is ready to use without any dilution needed, and can be easily removed with water. It can be applied using a brush or spray equipment for production line operations.

Problems Solved
Tire mounts are more difficult without proper lubricants and can increase the amount of damaged beads and rims, or tire blowouts due to poor tire bead seating. Oftentimes, tire mounting lubricants are not designed for production line processes and can foam or clog spray nozzles.
